La Focacceria
Nestled in the heart of Fort Langley, La Focacceria has evolved into British Columbia’s pre-eminent spot for authentic Italian focaccia. Using only 100% Italian flour, each focaccia is handmade and baked fresh daily.
To reflect La Focacceria’s commitment to using simple, clean label ingredients, we created a monogram logo complimented with warm tones of ochre and olive trees. A secondary logo was established to incorporate the significance of E.A.T (Enzyme Active Transformation), a slow overnight fermentation of the dough that was an important process to be associated with the brand’s focaccia packaging. From the brand identity through to the product packaging, signage, and social design, we established a cohesive ethnic authenticity that paid homage to not only La Focacceria’s values, but quality bread.
